INTRODUCTION TO THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Hotel Management involves efficiently and reasonably managing and organizing hotel operations, including front office management, room management, financial reporting, revenue and expense tracking, and establishing management principles and cultural practices within the hotel.
